We will cover units 1-3 and possibly also unit 4

Division of teaching:
Dr. Zemková: Listening, Language in Use, Comprehension & Summary & Overview
Mr. Koy: Speaking, Reading and Writing

Requirements for credit:

• 70% attendance
• Participation in class
• Dr. Zemková: a midterm and final written test (min. pass mark: 70%)
• Mr. Koy: 2 formal essays (4pp. each), one class presentation (5 mins)
• Student books will be signed by L. Zemková
