Administrative assistant

(temporary position)

Job description:

• administrative support in the Shared Services team activities
• translation and interpretation from English into Czech and vice-versa
• keeping the contracts register
• communication with vendors and third parties
• compiling the initial drafts of the contracts based on standard templates

Qualifications:

• excellent English knowledge
• university degree preferable
• strong ability to learn quickly
• relevant working experience in the positions of interpreter/translator or administrative assistant is preferable but not obligatory
• PC literacy (user level), good typing skills
• very good organizational skills
• highly organized, reliable, accurate, able to work unsupervised
