Body image in a complex approach to the obesity therapy

The aim of the paper is to compare the influence on the anthropometrical features and psychic condition in the therapy of overweight and obese women in the case of two approaches - the complex approach based on the cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy on one hand and the efficiency of the intervention movement program on the other hand. One of the components of the complex approach is self-perception in the concept of the "body image" as a specific method how to approach to your body.
