The main objective of the study was the analysis of the external (covered distance) and internal loads (heart rate) of the handball players in the small sided games (SSG) with different playing time. A partial aim of the study was to find out what the differences are loads of players between the SSG with different numbers of players on the playing area. Aerobic exercise programs (aerobics) offer a range of physical activities for the general population. At present, the exercise is mainly focused on influencing and developing strength. Rowing and skating are our oldest organized sport categories. Rowing origins back to the 60s of 19th century. Even though has not been one of the most popular and watched sports it has an important role in the history of our physical education and sports.
