The aim of this study is to identify differences between correlates of physical activity (PA) of Czech population with high and low PA level using the method of Formal Concept Analysis. The goal of this article is to show temperament characteristics and the character of the motivation of the top competitors in canoe slalom. Monitored group was created by members of the National canoe slalom team 2004/3 women, 12 men/. Anaerobic threshold and VO2max of elite athletes in dependence

Anaerobic threshold (AT) and VO2 max are the most determining factors in sport training, because sport results on endurance events depends on anaerobic threshold and VO2 max. Anaerobic threshold and VO2 max are boundary value for zest to endurance in sport, when AT is maximal boundary value for endurance training and VO2 max determining utility of oxygen in training. Interdependency of anaerobic threshold and VO2max is 80-100%, when VO2 max reach 80 - 100% of maximum pending anaerobic threshold. But this is individual number for everybody, so coach must allow for this fact on training....

The efficiency of training load on athletics performance in longer-range preparation for the wAlkers on 20 km

The authors of the article deals with the efficiency of training load on changes of sport performance in pre-olympic preparation of walker in 20 km distance. It came from intraindividual analysis of time rows during five year periods. The general training load seems to be the most important part of sport performance in time of the highest realisation of aerobic means. The need of cyclical planing of speed and endurance load was confirmed. The aim of this contribution is to pinpoint the necessity of using physical activities during the day regime of pre-school children in kindergartens. According to the fact that physical motions are the basic skills of children, physical education as such in general should be the significant part of education of children in all aspects.
