The history outline of sports club Hagibor Prague

The presented article discusses the history of by far the most important sports corporation bringing together athletes of Jewish nationality in Czechoslovakia. It was definitely the Jewish sports club Hagibor Prague. During its short, only 25 years of existence, it managed to achieve a truly special position not only within the Jewish sport, but at least in swimming and athletics where it reached the top of the former Czechoslovak sports. In addition to personal and outcome realia, this text also concerns more complex ethnic and political framework, its existence and activity.

The authors in their article solved the problems of level of theoretical knowledge from Physical education and Sport. The research sample was consisted from 1040 pupils of 9.calssrooms from 25 basic schools in region of Banská Bystrica. The main research method was educational test. The aim of this study was take the condition of deep stabilizing spine system (DSSS). There was chosen sit-up test from testing battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 and diaphragm test. Individual tests were measured with muscle dynamometer SD02. Because muscles of DSSS form one functional unit and dysfunction only one muscle makes dysfunction whole system. This report sums up the results of our research, carried out between the years 2000 and 2009, into the sprinting abilities of year six male students undergoing additional physical education classes. The school in question has a long standing tradition in providing not only general education but also in enhancing athletic performance. Test results of motor skills are an important source of information which can be further used in structuring the process of physical education and sports training. Influence of compensatory exercise on the development of spinal mobility of pupils II. instances primary school

The work presents a partial role, we have made in the 2009/2010 school year with pupils at primary school. The results documented that using compensatory exercise can positively influence the development of spinal mobility. The duration of the experimental agent was 8 months, twice a week in physical and sport education. Selection exercises he was factor for the development of specific dynamic function of the spine. The aim of this work was to monitor the quality of motor skills in sports gymnastics at basic school in České Budějovice. It refers to the quality of education during school lessons. The research file was made out of approximately fifteen-year-old girls from six basic schools in České Budějovice. We always monitored two different classes tested at each school. To acquaint the details needed for further work, we used the testing method. This method takes very long time and it is hard to remain unbiased. Physiological demands during walking with or without poles in aerobically trained women

The aim of the study was to assess physiological demands of walking with or without poles in different speeds and slopes in aerobically trained women. Six women in average age 27, s = 1.0 years, body mass 56, s = 5 kg and height 164, s = 4 cm volunteered to the study. The effect of using poles was evaluated on a treadmill in the speeds 4 km.h-1, 6 km.h-1 and slopes 0 % and 10 %. We have not found significant differences between using poles in oxygen consumption, heart rate and energy expenditure (only 3-17 % variance explained).
