Attitudes of physical education teachers toward teaching students with physical disabilities in general physical education in the Czech republic

The present article focuses on attitudes of Czech physical education teachers toward inclusive physical education (inclusion) whose aim is a full participation of all individuals in the society and which tries to avoid any type of exclusion. The influence of compensation exercises on functional changes of postural muscles in students of 2nd level basic schools

The work represents a partial task, which we worked on during the school year 2009/2010 with the students of 2nd level basic schools. The results show that with the help of compensation exercises, it is possible to positively influence the function of postural muscles. The influence of the experimental subject during 8 months had a positive influence and was statistically important equally in boys and girls. Statistically important on 5% were also changes in time (between preliminary and final tests) in boys and girls. Dependence of objectivity of oficiating of basketball on a number of referees

In 2005 the number of referees in the top basketball league changed from two to three. It was a change that was set by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). We try to verify that the change of number of referees will have a positive influence on the basketball games concerning increased objectivity of officiating. To achieve the defined aim we selected two indicators, which are monitored by three independent observers. For evaluation we used in direct observation of DVD - recorded games. The acquired data are evaluated by mathematic - statistic methods and presented transparently in graphs and tables.

Relaxation, regeneration and sleep as the important part of healthy lifestyle

The muscles imbalances of footballers and their compensation

The aim was to investigate muscle imbalance among footballers aged 21 to 33 years. Then, develop a compensation program and put it in football training process for 3 months. At the end of the intervention program carried out the final examination and evaluation of muscle efficiency and compensation program. The football players were expected incidence of lower cross syndrome, which was subsequently proved. After completion of the compensation program, the incidence of lower cross syndrome decreased. In this work were used testing methods.

Influence of aikido on dynamic changes in selected motor abilities of younger school age children

The aim of this paper was process and evaluates peak performance age swimming. Based on data analysis of top worlds championships since 1970 (World Championship, European Championship, Olympic Games) were analyzed age of the first three sportsmen. All results are presented using data dissemination graphs and basic statistical methods (file size, absolute minimum, absolute maximum, arithmetic mean, standard deviation). In results section is published peak performance tendency during last 37 years in man and women.
