Tactical variants in the beginning of the badminton rally between the genders

The first shots of a rally provide various tactical options in badminton. The aim is to compare the frequency and efficiency of the serve, return shot and the combination of the first three shots in male and female matches. We observed 15 male and 15 female matches from the top level players in the Czech Republic. We observed the type and direction of the first three shots of the rally. Male players used the backhand short serve in 88 % of cases, while female players used the forehand high serve in 80 %. The theory of postural and phasic muscles has become a part of the study of physical education and is transferred to the practice itself. The article aimed to verify the extent to which the shortening and weakening of selected muscles are represented by a systematic literature search. Specific conditioning in team sport athletes is becoming more important in the last decade. Thus, new approach for conditioning in the form of small sided games became popular in team sports. The presented article discusses the history of the Orel organization during the eras of the Second republic and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Czechoslovak Orel organization developed significantly during the peaceful First republic era. Nevertheless the happy period was affected by political events of the late 1930s and the first half of 1940s. Signing of the Munich Agreement and the break-up of Czechoslovakia meant significant lost of members, material and background for the Orel organization.
