Online Spanish Winter School – University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 health crisis that is being experienced worldwide and as a measure to ensure the continuity of our WINTER SCHOOL, we have opted for offering our ULPGC ONLINE SPANISH WINTER SCHOOL to be held from 18th January 2021 – 5th February 2021.
Students (Level A1) will learn Spanish in a 3-week Intensive Program (60 hours) through a series of online courses, seminars and fun interactive activities that will make you feel the culture and life in Spain, and particularly Gran Canaria. At the same time, students will be able to experience the life and culture of the countries of each participant.
The fee for our Online Spanish Winter School 2021 is 60.- Euros
This includes:
- 60 hours of communicative Spanish classes (equivalent to 6 ECTS credits).
- Time: 9.00am -13.00pm (GMT time zone)
- The maximum number of participants to be allocated is 30 students.
- Tools to be used: Moodle ULPGC, BigBlueButton (BBB), E-Tutor ULPGC, Zoom
- Official certificate delivered by ULPGC after completion of the course.

The deadline for application is 14th December, 2020.
In the event that the course should be oversubscribed acceptance will take place on first come, first served basis.
Acceptance will be notified to the accepted students by email between 15th and 16th of December 2020.
Once participants have received the acceptation confirmation from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, they will have to pay the course fee by bank transfer to the following account:

Participants must include full name and purpose (“ONLINE WINTER SCHOOL”) when making the bank transfer and send a scan or PDF of payment order to: dintid@ulpgc.es
Fees must be paid within 7 days after notification of acceptance.
